Workshop: Learn how to meditate, with Sarah

Life has taken an unexpected turn in the last few weeks. The pace of how we live has drastically slowed down, but maybe your mind is still spinning, more than ever!

Meditation is both a skill and an experience; it’s a formal exercise to cultivate awareness and compassion. In time, the body begins to relax, and the mind unwinds.

By sitting with the mind, we’re training it to be more open and at ease, and we consequently discover greater calm, clarity and contentment. In doing so, we increasingly learn to have a direct experience of the present moment and of the silence around us.

Join Sarah, the founder of Yogi2Me & certified 1 Giant Mind meditator, for a 60-min session teaching you how to meditate on Sunday 26th, 6.30pm-7.30pm (London time). 

She will share with you an effortless meditation techniques to help you gain more self awareness and restore your body from accumulated stress.  

With the current lockdown, it's more important than ever to look after our mental health. Turn the volume down and take a mental break to ensure you stay healthy and calm.

Join Sarah Drai @TheFrenchyYogini for a MEDITATION workshop – Learn to meditate effortlessly – Sunday March 1st from 4pm to 5:30pm.

Sarah will be teaching you the tools and techniques to establish your own personal meditation practice so you can experience the benefits of meditation in your daily life. 

She teaches a simple and straight forward meditation technique allowing you to deepen your self-awareness, remove built-up stress and tension in your body and establish a deep state of calm in your mind. 

It is easy to learn, effortless to practice, and will enables you to become a self-sufficient meditator. 

This is an interactive session available to all during which you are invited to share your experience and ask questions. 

The session will close with a 15mins sound healing experience during which Sarah will use her 7 crystal singing bowls to provide you with a deep sense of relaxation, you will leave the studio walking on clouds.

CONNECT & FLY - ACRO YOGA WORKSHOP W/ Jonah Kest @ Flex Chelsea

A workshop which starts on earth and ends in the air. 

This unique style of "flying" partner yoga implements poses from Ashtanga yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage to create a fun physical and mental challenge. 

Students will learn not only how to fly, but most importantly, the importance of community support. Yoga is a series of adjustments similar to a relationship; Acro yoga is a powerful example of making needed adjustments and communicating to find balance.

Jonah Kest and Sarah Drai will teach you to properly spot, base a flyer and fly creating an understanding of the psychological and physical benefits of partner yoga. This is a playful workshop, appropriate for all levels.  

Bring a camera, and an open mind to go beyond balance.

An evening of Gong Baths & Sound Healing Therapy

Join us for an evening of getting gonged and sound healing!

The evening will begin with a Gong Bath with Sahaj Singh using a Planet Uranus gong. The Planet Gongs resonate harmonically with the cycles of the cosmos, communicating to us what has been known since antiquity as the "music of the spheres".  The frequency of this gong focuses on the root chakra & initiates changes wherever necessary in our life and the patterns and habits of our life. Uranian energy throws us into the unexpected and unknown, forcing us to experience the new and unusual, ever expanding our field of awareness. This Gong also promotes innovation and resourcefulness. Uranus raises our awareness to other levels of existence and higher vibrations.

Experience a gong bath and the deep levels of mental calmness and harness positive vibrations known to reduce stress, anxiety, chronic pain and sleep disorders. The gong triggers the delta and theta brain wave states, which are the slowest brain waves in humans. We tend to reach these states during daydreaming or deep sleep, and they are known to aid relaxation, creativity and natural healing.

The gong bath will be followed by Sound Healing Therapy with Sarah Drai the founder of Yogi2Me. Sarah will use crystal singing bowls to help restore your body from the stresses of life. Working with the frequencies and the sound waves this will activate a deep healing process in your body and mind. Relax as you begin to feel the power of frequencies from within and experience a deep relaxation.

Join Sarah Drai for the perfect Saturday afternoon where she will be taking us on a journey of movement, sound healing and reconnection with yourself.

Expect a creative and grounding sequence to explore movements in a slower and connected way. Connect with your breath and your heart as you move 360 degrees around the mat and empower your mind into a flow state. You will also have the opportunity to play with your focus and hold some inversions the meditative way.

The asana practice will be followed by a deep dive into sound healing using crystal singing bowls for you to emerge into a state of total bliss. The sound bath will activate your theta brain waves which will be the perfect state of mind for an effortless meditation to increase your self awareness and for your body to recuperate from stress.

This is an uplifting workshop which will leave you feeling connected and whole.

Summer Release Yoga with Secret Brunch

Join Sarah at the summer party organised by Secret Brunch. A summer party inspired by the vibes of Tulum and sounds of the desert, at a garden in the middle of the concerte jungle.

A summer release - helping you lose yourself to the fresh summer air, thinking about nothing but here and now, and letting the music take care of the rest.

Location: A secret open air garden, inside a boutique 5 star hotel in Central London, packed with greenery and it's own little pond.

Yoga: Complimentary Yoga will take place in our sectioned off Yoga garden to the sounds of the music played by our DJ's. The sessions will be conducted by none other than Frenchy Yogini, the founder and chief yogi in charge of Yogi2Me. Each session will last 45 mins. Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
