Learn to Meditate

Embark on a transformative journey with our Learn to Meditate course, where you'll acquire the essential tools and techniques to establish a personal meditation practice in today's fast-paced world.
Throughout this workshop, comprised of three interactive 60-minute sessions, participants are encouraged to actively engage, share their experiences, and seek clarification. Our goal is to ensure that each participant becomes a self-sufficient meditator by the conclusion of the course.

Learn to meditate workshop overview:

Monday 23rd, Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th of September at 6pm UK time

Session 1 - Learn, participants will delve into understanding a straightforward and effortless meditation technique accessible to everyone. Sarah will guide the exploration of the technique, providing insights on how to establish a personalized meditation practice. Engage in a guided practice during the session and receive guidance for continuing meditation at home.

Session 2 - Review, the workshop will recap the meditation technique and encourage participants to share their personal meditation experiences. Sarah will delve into best practices, addressing common questions about the optimal time and place for meditation. Participants will receive practical tips for sustaining a daily meditation habit and transitioning into becoming independent meditators.

Session 3 - Practice, participants will revisit the meditation technique and share their experiences from individual practice. Together, the group will engage in a final guided practice and reflect on their collective journey. This session will also explore the deeper benefits of meditation, delving into the various levels of the mind and understanding how thoughts shape overall well-being.

As a post-workshop commitment, participants are invited to embark on a 30-day meditation challenge. This challenge aims to establish a daily self-care routine, fostering personal growth and contributing to a more grounded and improved version of oneself through regular meditation.
