A 4 WEEKS BEGINNER’S PROGRAM TO KICKSTART YOUR YOGA PRACTICE.

Learn how to move,

Learn about yoga off the mat.

This beginner’s yoga program will provide you with the necessary knowledge to build a strong foundation and feel confident to take group classes.

You do not need be young, strong or flexible to take this course! All you need is an intention to learn and commit to the program. Once you completed the course, you will book a private consultation with me to review your progress and ensure you are on the right path to your yoga journey.

What you will learn

The foundational sitting, kneeling down and standing postures.

How to practice vinyasa Yoga and salute the sun.

You will learn the main breathing techniques.

How to practice Yin Yoga and meditation.

You will learn about the subtle yogic anatomy, yogic diet & Ayurveda as well as the history and philosophy of Yoga.

An E-book on a Yoga topic

A class of approximatively 1h to progressively learn the alignment of the main yoga poses and transitions.

One new breathing technique per week.

A quiz to test your knowledge.

Once completed, book a live online consultation with me to review a topic of your choice and ensure you are on your path to enjoy your yoga journey.

You will have access to the video content for a full year.

Work through the content at your own pace with a goal to complete within 4 weeks. Email any question you may have, I am here to support you in real life as well.

Use your laptop or stream the video content on your TV. You can print the Ebook or keep it as a PDF file.

Book your final private consultation upon completion of the program.
