yoga for the hostages Tuesday 27 feb

sw7 London

FINAL CALL - Bookings will close by end of day Monday 26 Feb.

Join me for a yoga practice dedicated to the hostages held in Gaza for over 130 days under dire conditions.

The hope for them, girls, boys, elderlies, women and men of being released diminishes every day.

Through yoga, we will honour their bodies, minds, and spirits, sending them energy to support their liberation.

Everybody can join and be part of this experience, you do not need to have experience in yoga for this class.

What matters isn't the depth of your downward facing dog, what matters is your intention and presence.

This event is organised in order to raise awareness for the hostages situation in Gaza and funds to help the families of victims of terror.

The class will be hosted in a beautiful private space in SW7, a few min walk from knightsbridge station.

The exact location will be confirmed to attendees on the day of the event.

Many victims and their families never recover. Support the survivors of terror by DONATING HERE.

On this picture is Carmel Gat, 39, yoga teacher from Tel Aviv. She was visiting her parents in Kibbutz Be’eri on October 7 when Hamas terrorists attacked, killing her mother, Kinneret. It was reported by released hostages that she was seen teaching yoga and meditation to a group of hostage children to help them cope with the situation.
