Start your day at 10am with a 90Mins Budokon WORKSHOP

Budokon Yoga is a hybrid practise mixing Yoga asanas and Martial Arts movements practices including KungFu and Brazilian jiu jitsu. 

The class class consists of 7 intelligently assembled sections of slow and controlled movements designed to improve mobility, agility, flexibility and strength. The focus is rather on the transition between each of the poses than on holding the poses for a period of time, it’s a continuous slow and precise flow of postures keeping your mind awake and focused on the present moment. Indulge yourself at the club traditional russian bathhouse and enjoy a private BanYa treatment.

The traditional wood panelled Russian banya is considered more humid and less hot than the conventional Nordic sauna. After the heat take a room temperature shower, a dip in the cold water jacuzzi, or a plunge in the ice-cold tub. The overall effect is nothing short of euphoric; detoxification of the body and an awakening of the mind.
