Join me for 5 days/4nights of yoga & Far Niente in a stunning location in Puglia
Our hotel Tenuta Negroamaro will be exclusively ours during our stay. Situated in 7 hectares of Mediterranean garden and vineyards, you will be completely immersed in nature and enjoy a relaxing time while having amazing local food, most of it is cultivated at the hotel’s private garden. The hotel is away from the main routes to enjoy a secluded time in nature but is also just four kilometres from the buzz and beautiful beaches (with crystal clear sea) of Gallipoli.

5 DAYS, 4 Nights Accommodation, daily Yoga/meditation, PLANT BASED FOOD, wine tasting, pool chilling and stargazing.
Included:
- Single or double stay in the room of your choice.
- Vegetarian brunch, snack and dinner cooked by our chef.
- 2 daily yoga classes/workshop and 30-minute private yoga consultation. Expect 3 to 4h of practice per day.
- A wine tasting experience.
Yoga Program
Expect in total 12-15h of yoga.
Our morning Yoga session will be a 2h practice : Vinyasa Yoga, Budokon & Mobility, Handstands and Acro Yoga.
Dive in the Yin Yoga world for our evening practice. Pranayama and meditation will be included in each class.
Take part of a 30min private Yoga consultation with me.
On top of the Yoga space you are free to use the Calisthenics gym for more!

Pool suites : Single occupancy £2500 - Double occupancy £1700 per person.
Garden suites : Single occupancy £1900 - Double occupancy £1400 per person.

Suggested flight from London
The closest airport is Brindisi (BDS) located 1h away from the hotel. The second option is to land in Bari (BRI) 2h away from the hotel. You can rent a car, book a taxi or take a train to Sannicola and we organise pick up at the station.
BA, EASY JET, RYAN AIR AND AIR ITALIA WILL TAKE YOU THERE BUT MOST AIRLINE HAVE NOT YET RELEASED THEIR SCHEDULE OF FLIGTS FOR THOSE DATES.
NB: If you rent a car, you will have no problem making those little trips to the iconic towns and attractions nearby. You can visit the old towns of Gallipoli and Nardo which are a real legacy of Baroque art and are just a stone’s throw away from the hotel. Lecce is also worth seeing (on your way to/from both airport)
Terms and Conditions
*Cancelation policy : Any Cancelation within 48h of booking will be fully refunded until Feb 1st 2024. Any cancelation post 48h of booking and up to Feb 1st 2024 will loose the deposit. Post Feb 1st 2024, any voluntary cancelation will lose the deposit + full amount. If someone else is found to take your spot, you loose the deposit only. If the retreat needs to be rescheduled or cancelled due to Covid related reason, you will receive a full refund. Strictly no refund will be issued under any condition unless mentioned above.
