Private Classes:
PRIVATE (1:1)
if you are new to Yoga asanas you may want to consider taking a couple of private classes to learn the basics of alignment, the mechanic of the poses, the breath and movement alignment so you can build confidence and rock it into group class.
If you have experience in Yoga and want to learn some specifics asanas or breathing technique, private is the way to go. The class will be made to order for you to get to the next level.
If you have past or current injuries, you may need specific adjustments or modification which often can not be dealt in busy classes.
Everybody is unique which is why traditionally Yoga Asanas were learned 1:1

WARM Vinyasa Flow Yoga Open BY JULIE Montagu 19:00 – 20:30

Sarah is assisting Julie Montagu every Sunday at TriYoga Chelsea.
Warm Vinyasa Flow takes place in a room heated to 30 degrees using therapeutic far infrared panels.
Like a traditional Vinyasa Flow class, you will flow with the breath but our teachers might teach this class a little bit slower. But even so, you will sweat!
Open to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced as the teacher adapts the class according to the students.
